Molybdenum Disilicide

Molybdenum disilicide heating elements (MoSi2) are made from SiO2. When it is burned in oxide atmosphere, a layer of SiO2 film comes onto the surface of the element. Even in oxide atmosphere, the element cannot be oxidized and can work from 1300¡æ to 1800¡æ. You can use new elements and old elements at the same time. Parallel circuit or series circuit are both ok, and do not need to consider the matching of resistance. The elements provide a reliable heat source.

Application
Glass industry, metallurgy, ceramic refractory, pottery, heattreatment, furnace manufacture, electronics industry,  magnetism material, military industry, scientific research, laboratory, universities, etc. It is an ideal element that used in sintering industry.

Metal Alloys in Wire/Strip/Rod

-   Wire in reel
-   Bundle Rods
-   Coil Elements
-   Folded Ribbon Elements

Our factory has the advanced technology of melting, rolling, forging, drawing, heat treatment and appearance finished. FeCrAl alloy, Nickel Chrome wire and welding material are sold well in Europe, America, Australia and Africa.

Feature
Stable performance, can stand high surface load, small specific gravity, stable co-efficiency, max. work at 1400¡ãC

Application
Metallurgy, chemical, machanical, glass, welding material, enamel and household appliances industry.

NiChrome Alloy

Advantages
Anti-oxidization in high temperature atmosphere, high strength, non-inteneration. When work continiously, it does not extend and has no distortion. Among the alloys, Cr20Ni80 alloy is widely used for heating elements.

FeCrAl Alloy

Features
Anti-oxidization, anti-sulfur, anti-cementite, small specific gravity, high surface load, high resistivity, high service temperature, long life-span. They are also used in heating elements making.

Supply Condition
Cold-drawn wires is delivered after annealing and pickling.
Coil elements is delivered after acid picking or in oxidizing colour.
